1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of UsedLaptops.pro, a wholesale marketplace for used laptop, phone, and tablet lots. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

3. Wholesale Lots & Condition

  • All lots are sold as-is. Units are pre-owned and graded (A/B/C) based on cosmetic and functional condition as described on each lot page.
  • Specifications (CPU, RAM, storage) are stated as ranges; individual units within a lot may vary within that range.
  • Photos and manifest details are representative of the lot, not a guarantee of individual unit condition.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed via Stripe.
  • Estimated resale values shown on the site are estimates only — we do not guarantee resale outcomes.

5. Shipping

Lots ship via UPS or freight, as indicated on each listing. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Disputes

  • Because lots are sold as-is, all sales are final unless the lot received materially differs from its listing.
  • Discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, with photos, to sales@laptopslot.com.
  • Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

7. Special Requests

Special requests submitted through the site or AI assistant are inquiries only — no obligation exists until a quote is accepted and payment is made.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape or resell our listings data, interfere with the site's operation, misuse the AI assistant, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the lot in question. We are not liable for lost profits or resale losses.
